This 18th century barn was nearly falling in when the owner contacted us to renovate it. It had sentimental value and the owner felt it was worth saving.
- Replaced old rotten sills with new hemlock sills
- Installed 2 inch hemlock floor planking
- Replaced damaged roof purlings
- Installed galvanized steel roofing in Barn Red
- Siding is Cedar Impression in Ivy green with white aluminum trim
- Installed 12 barn sash windows
- Built and installed two 6' x 12' barn doors
- Saved the attached 24' x 24' pole barn
